Quality Control Process Charts

Raw material: Material test report and quality certificate will be supplied.

Forging: To make sure no cinder inclusion, blowhole, cracks and other flaws. Supply Normalizing report & quenching and tempering report.

Rough turning: Turning of all dimensions and raceway on CNC vertical lathe. Supply NDT report.

Heat treatment: Quenching, tempering and examination of hardness about raceway. Supply Heat-treatment report and hardness test report.

gear hobbing: Made by gear hobbing or gear shaping. Supply gear test report.

Drilling holes: Drill mounting holes, tapered holes and hoisting holes on CNC-gantry boring Machine.

Finished turning & Grinding: To make sure all dimensions can be qualified the technical standard.

Assembly & Inspection: Supply certificate of qualification and test report.

Cleaning and packing & Transportation.
